started the riding holidays to combine her love of horses and children, she has always enjoyed teaching young riders and now trains several junior show jumpers. As well as being the “big boss” Jackie teaches lessons and escorts hacks for the riding holidays.
is Jackies eldest daughter and has been working full time at the Equestrian Centre since leaving school in 1995. Having decided to devote her life to horses and the centre she gained her British Horse Society Instructors qualification soon after leaving school and is also a qualified NVQ assessor. Terri will be doing many of the lessons and hacks during your stay. Jackie and Terri also ensure you never go hungry and are available whenever you needs them day or night.
is Jackies middle daughter, now 18 Pippa is a very successful International Show jumper who has represented Great Britain on numerous occasions. When she is not busy competing at home and abroad Pippa teaches and escorts hacks for the riding holidays. Pippa is a great inspiration for young riders and is happy to spend time sharing her knowledge, expertise and give aspiring competitors real life experiences, tips and advice.
is Jackies youngest daughter and is 8 years old, Izzy is a keen rider who dreams of following in her big sisters footsteps and becoming a successful showjumper. Izzy joins in all holiday activities and often helps younger guests feel at home and settle in.
is 19 and has been part of the Mannix team for almost 3 years, she came to England from France to gain qualifications working with horses and improve her English. Suzana lives here at the centre and works on the yard, she is always on hand to help you during the day and has lots of crazy games planned for evening activities!
is 21 and works full time on the yard, she has had her own horses for most of her life and is a very accomplished rider who has competed with success in many disciplines. Jodi is a very positive and enthusiastic girl who is always fun to be around. Jodi teaches, escorts hacks and gives stable management lessons in her own uniquely entertaining style.
is 26, she started riding at Mannix Stud when she was 7 and attended many riding holidays giving her a valuable insight into what makes your holiday special, Emily has owned and competed several horses across all disciplines and now specialises in dressage, and has qualified and competed at national finals including Hickstead. Emily is a BHS qualified instructor and is now completing a Masters in social work, she works part time teaching and escorting hacks during her holidays.
